Your tasks
- Independent identification and acquisition of new customers in the healthcare sector (B2B), with a focus on decision-makers in clinics, medical care centers, care facilities and pharmaceutical companies
- Positioning our services in the brand business area: social, online, offline, brand
- Developing sustainable customer relationships and opening up strategically relevant accounts
- Sales responsibility for the entire acquisition process – from lead generation to closing
- Working with entrepreneurial freedom and flexible deployment organization
Your profile
- Multi-year sales experience in the healthcare sector (consulting, medical technology, HealthTech or personnel services)
- Excellent communication skills at decision-maker and management level
- Proven success in cold calling and building sustainable customer relationships
- Entrepreneurial attitude, self-direction and results orientation
- Excitement for the further development of the healthcare sector through smart processes and value-based communication
