As the market leader in the home and garden sector, we are looking for a dedicated sales representative to join our team. At GLORIA, we have been achieving significant growth for years with our newly developed, innovative products. Become part of this momentum and play an active role in shaping the garden market.

This is your role

As our local partner, you are not just an intermediary, but the central shaper in your area. Your focus is on:
Customer focus: The direct support of our existing customers as well as the targeted acquisition of new customers for the long-term maintenance and expansion of customer relationships.
Sales success & transparency: You fully exploit market potential and consistently implement corporate goals. Regular reporting via our existing CRM system is the basis for your professional cooperation.
POS management: You actively generate secondary displays and special areas and are responsible for module maintenance, new installations and conversions in the stores.
Local expertise: You create offers directly in your area and inspire customers by carrying out product training, promotions and participating in trade fairs

What you should bring with you

This vacancy is aimed at professionals who are already firmly established in the market. The necessary requirements are:
Market knowledge: You are already successfully active as a sales representative in the DIY, DIY store or garden center sector and have the appropriate contacts.
Passion: Technical understanding of high-quality premium products and a real feel for the garden market.
Digital mindset: You work independently, are results-oriented and appreciate working with modern digital sales tools (CRM).
Entrepreneurial mindset: A high level of self-organization and a confident manner with decision-makers are a matter of course for you.
Must-have: You have an existing, established network in the DIY, specialist retail and garden center sectors.
