Wanted profile
We are looking for a self-employed sales representative with residence in Germany and experience in shopfitting, interior design or decorative panel solutions for commercial or public spaces (retail, gastronomy, offices, fitness, hotels, etc.).
The ideal candidate will have:
– Strategic sales expertise, ability to build and maintain contacts with brands, architects, designers and fitters.
– Experience in consultative sales with long decision cycles and technical requirements.
– High level of independence, sense of responsibility and organizational talent with a focus on business development.
– Willingness to work remotely with the area manager in Spain within a clear structure.
– German as mother tongue as well as business fluent English and/or Spanish for international coordination.
– Routine in using digital tools.
– Exclusive representation or multiple representation – with a clear commitment to developing the brand in the German market.
Main tasks
– Independently develop sales activities in Germany with a focus on shopfitting and decoration.
– Acquire new business opportunities and support the existing customer base.
– Conduct on-site visits to brands, architectural firms, designers and installers.
– Provide project support from initial contact to implementation and coordinate with the area manager.
– Provide structured reporting.
– Contribute market knowledge to support strategic decisions.
