Mil-tek Austria, a leading provider of high-quality waste compaction and recycling systems for commercial and industrial customers, is seeking an Independent Sales Representative (m/f/d) to expand our presence in the Austrian market.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential B2B customers across various industries
- Present and promote Mil-tek equipment, including balers, compactors, and recycling solutions
- Provide product demonstrations and advise customers on optimizing waste handling processes
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
- Manage your own sales territory and drive sales growth independently
- Collaborate with our Austrian office for technical support, offers, and order coordination
Your Profile
- Proven experience in field sales, ideally with technical or industrial products
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- High level of self-motivation and independence
- Interest in sustainability and efficiency-driven solutions
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Existing customer network like in manufacturing, retail, logistics, and/or hospitality is an advantage
