We are looking for an independent sales representative/sales agent (f/m/d) to join our powerful B2B field sales team as soon as possible. In your role as a local sales expert, you will work for höfats in the field in Switzerland and be responsible for acquiring and expanding high-quality stationary dealers.
Your tasks & responsibilities
- You are “on fire”, open the doors of the best stationary retailers of their kind with your positive demeanor and thus create the basis for further sustainable partnerships for mutual benefit
- Achieving the set sales targets by selling our award-winning “Open Fire” products and solutions based on added value
- Proactive lead and pipeline management: Depending on the assigned territory, you actively fill your sales funnel with dealers who are a “perfect fit” for the höfats brand
- Advice and negotiations on positioning, quantities, prices & conditions
- Close cooperation with the höfats internal sales team
- Participation in trade fairs and independent implementation of appropriate sales promotion events
Your profile
- As a “hunter” and “gatherer”, you think in terms of sustainable customer relationships and use every customer contact to generate profitable business
- You already have a high-quality dealer network in the areas of furnishing & design, tableware as well as BBQ, furniture, home accessories, garden (furniture) or other industries that fit höfats
- Proven success in B2B sales with at least one other active agency in one of the above-mentioned sectors
- Enthusiasm for the topic of “open fire”
- Completed commercial vocational training, comparable or higher qualification
- Valid driving license
