At ecls translations, we deliver premium language solutions that connect businesses with international markets. Our specialism is localisation, AI editing and cultural consultation. We’re expanding in the DACH region and looking for an ambitious Sales Agent to help us grow.
In this role, you’ll identify new business opportunities, connect with potential B2B customers and build long-term relationships. We value people who are proactive, reliable and customer-focused – someone who can contribute directly to our team’s success.
What you’ll do:
– Identify and develop new business opportunities across the DACH region.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers through phone, email and further channels.
– Understand customer needs and position our services as the right solution.
– Support with reporting, data entry and CRM updates.
You should apply if:
You’re motivated by results and enjoy turning opportunities into new business. You have strong sales communication skills and know how to build trust with customers.
You enjoy working independently and applying your research and analytical skills to develop new business. You’re organised and have strong written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly demonstrate the value and ROI of our solutions with a consultative approach.
You ideally have experience in a similar role within the translation industry, or an existing network in our target markets, and are keen to bring your energy and knowledge to our friendly, supportive team. German language skills are essential (and French language skills would be a welcome bonus).
