Description

Lumosoft specialises in providing technology solutions to the sign and graphics industry. Headquartered in The Netherlands with operations in the UK and China.  Our SignConnect system combines a web based portal with hardware that connects inline with the sign illumination system providing both remote control of the system and operational data such as energy consumption and fault diagnosis.  The system also allows for the connection of plug and play fully wireless sensors. This is a new technology for the signage industry with only one other competitor.  We are forecasting solid growth for the next decade as we facilitate a key end user asset joining the digital revolution.  The system is fully certified both for safety and for global wireless connection.  Our sales strategy is to work directly with the top 20% of a countries sign makers and due to the complexity and cultural variations around Europe we require a local sales agent partner to drive that growth.  Becuase our business language is English, we require an individual who can communicate complex needs and requirements in both German and English.  In this role, you will hunt for sign partners (all our founders are industry veterans so we know where to go) and then not only present and demo the solution, but communicate the value story to the key decisions makers (usually the principles or senior managers of the sign company).  Experience of the Illuminated Sign Industry, or lighting into street furniture is a requirement.  It is not unusual in this role that end user presentations will be required to some of the largest retailers, automotive brands, banks etc so we are looking for an experienced sales person who can demonstrate influencing end user decisions.  The ability to close deals is very important.  Lumosoft supplies and support SignConnect directly from its Dutch office.  As we are a relatively young company, we are very flexible in our approach and quick to make and implement decisions and equally we want a person who is dynamic, self sufficient and hungry for success.
