- B2C experience: Several years of B2C sales experience as well as routine in the independent support of customers.
- Passion for house building: Interest and enthusiasm for the topic of house building, construction-related industry knowledge is a plus.
- Pull to the goal: Independent, solution- and performance-oriented way of working with a pull to the goal.
