Systemtechnik Erzgebirge GmbH was founded in 2010 and is based in Johanngeorgenstadtsystecherz.de in the Ore Mountains. As a young, innovative company with around 10 employees, we develop and manufacture customized heating circuit manifolds made of stainless steel (manifold systems for panel heating) with a strong OEM focus. Our products are manufactured entirely in Germany – from the design to the finished component – and are 100% tested and delivered. Thanks to our vertical integration, we guarantee short delivery times and the highest quality (“Made in Germany”). Our company is ISO 9001:2015 certified, ensuring consistent quality in all processes. With an annual turnover of around €3 million, we supply OEM partners and specialist dealers throughout Germany and Europe.</p

Our products
We offer a wide range of high-quality heating circuit manifolds and manifold systems for underfloor heating. This includes standard stainless steel manifolds as well as special renovation manifolds and customized special manifolds (e.g. for heating and cooling ceilings). On request, we can also supply completely prefabricated manifold stations in surface-mounted or flush-mounted cabinets – including ball valve sets, flow meters and actuators. Thanks to our specialization as an OEM supplier, we implement individual adaptations directly according to customer requirements.
Your tasks
Acquiring new customers and expanding the customer base in your sales area
Supporting and advising existing customers (HVAC specialist companies, wholesalers, planners)
Providing technical advice on site: you demonstrate possible applications for our manifolds and accompanying system solutions Monitoring the market and competition in order to identify trends in the HVAC market at an early stage.
Participating in trade fairs and industry events to represent Systemtechnik Erzgebirge.
Your profile
Experience in the HVAC sector (sanitary/heating/air conditioning) or in technical sales of building technology
Existing network of specialist tradesmen, system houses or wholesalers in your area is an advantage.
Independent, independent way of working; you are sales-oriented and committed
Act as an independent sales representative (§ 84 HGB)
Strong communication skills, negotiating skills and a confident manner towards customers and partners
