NEO-TEC Dental, based in Weimar, is a growing, customer-oriented company in the dental market. With an extensive and modern range of high-quality dental products, we help dental practices to work more efficiently and in a more patient-friendly way
For the further expansion of our sales force, we are looking for committed, independent sales representatives who would like to be responsible for an exclusive territory.
Your tasks
– You will take over the exclusive representation in your territory and further expand the customer base.
– You will manage existing customer relationships and actively acquire new dental practices.
– You will carry out product presentations, demonstrations and consultations directly in the practices – with the aim of closing sales directly.
– You will monitor market and competitive activities and provide valuable feedback on product range development.
Your profile
– You are looking for a main agency. Ideally, you have some experience in direct sales or field sales. A connection to the dental or medical industry is an advantage, but not a must.
– You have a positive, confident charisma, strong communication skills and enjoy dealing with people.
– You work in a structured, independent and goal-oriented manner: Challenges motivate you.
– You have your own car and are mobile in your area.
– Career changers are also welcome: motivation, willingness to learn and a genuine interest in innovative products are crucial.
