To strengthen our sales activities in Eastern Europe, we are looking for a Technical Sales agency (m/f/d) with a strong industry and OEM network.
Your tasks
- Establishment, support and further development of OEM customers in Eastern Europe (PL, CZ, SK, RO, Baltic States)
- Presentation of our products, manufacturing options and added value of the BOCK Group
- Technical advice, clarification of requirements and support for series and project business
- Preparation and management of price, project and contract negotiations
- Identification of new business opportunities and potential industry partners
- Collaborating closely with the sales manager in Germany and the local management in Hungary
- Market and competition monitoring, creation of sales strategies and forecasts
Regular travel within the target markets
What you bring with you
Must-have criteria:
- Existing, resilient network with:
– Office OEMs
– Component manufacturers
– Chair/seating manufacturers in Eastern Europe
– Companies in the furniture industry (manufacturers and distributors) - Multi-year experience in sales of products requiring technical explanation
- Very good written and spoken German or English (other languages an advantage)
- Experience in series business, ideally in the B2B/OEM environment
- In-depth understanding of production and manufacturing processes
Desirable qualifications:
- Industrial experience beyond the office sector (e.g. mechanical engineering, metal processing or automotive)
- Knowledge of relocation projects, dual sourcing and international supply structures
Personal skills:
- Strong self-organization as well as a structured and independent way of working
- High decision-making ability and a strong focus on closing deals
- Convincing appearance, strong communication skills and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel and enjoy building and maintaining networks and customer relationships
